FTP Account

Zanin CD/DVD uses the latest FTP server technology to enable quick and easy transfer of your graphic files. FTP is better due to its speed, efficiency, and cost effectiveness. In order to facilitate your FTP experience, please look over the following points:

FTP Specification
• Ask your Sales or Customer Service Representative to open your FTP account.
• No spaces, symbols or accents in file names or directory (ê, é...).
• Use passive mode whenever possible.
• Use different directory for each title (label the directory with representative name).
• Transfer one file at a time.
• If you want to transfer a file bigger than 200mb, please ask your sales representative before uploading.

Before sending, compress your files using zip, stuffit etc.
