MASTERING

Zanin’s extensive in-house mastering capabilities can create quality stampers for all major formats, using industry-leading Eclipse software. All mastering activities are performed in a Class 1000 clean room and tested for compliance with industry CD/DVD specifications. Zanin also has the ability to implement a variety of fonts, barcodes, and logos on the stamper identification band, enabling us to customize hub information to fit our customers’ needs.

Zanin CD/DVD Mastering Services Include:
• High capacity and quick turn-around.
• Nimbus UV laser beam recorders (LBR), providing track pitch accuracy, linear velocity stability, and optimized pit geometry.
• The ability to accept a variety of source media: CD, CD-R, 8mm Exabyte tape, DVD-R, and DLT.
